Order Process
Herculano ships orders from our studio Monday through Saturday (excluding major holidays). Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and packed before shipping.
Delivery times depend on the courier and destination and are provided as a guideline only. They do not account for possible delays due to payment authorization, stock availability, or customs.

Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number and shipping label to update.

Norway, Helt hjem (To your doorstep), shipping is calculated at checkout, shipping time 2-7 business days
Europe, Posten, shipping is calculate at checkout, shipping time 3-7 business days
Rest of the world, Posten, shipping is calculate at checkout, shipping time 5-9 business days

Domestic Shipping/Innland
All domestic orders are shipped via Posten or Helthjem and take 1-3 business days approximately, depending on pending payment authorization and verification.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via Posten, with delivery taking 3-9 business days depending on the destination.
Taxes & Duties
Norway: Prices include VAT. No extra charges on delivery.
International: Import duties, VAT, or customs fees may apply upon delivery. Check local regulations before ordering. We will with time handel this for you. Look here for future updates.
Please note that taxes and duties are non-refundable in the event of a return.
Refusal of Payment for Customs Fees
If a shipment from Herculano s refused, you will be responsible for the initial shipping costs, any incurred import fees, and return shipping expenses. In some cases, the shipping carrier may deem the package abandoned, leading to its disposal. Such orders will not be eligible for a refund.
